Email templates

Design an email once. Reuse it on every campaign.

Overview

Before templates, every campaign email started from zero. Templates change that: build the email once, with your colors, your fonts and your track layout, then attach it to any campaign in one click.

Creating your first template

  1. Go to Emails, then Templates, and hit New template.
  2. Name it: “Drop announcement”, “Weekly pack”, whatever you’ll reuse.
  3. Build with blocks: title, text, images, YouTube embeds, buttons, dividers, spacers. Drag, edit, reorder.
  4. The Your tracks block is the special one: it auto-fills with whatever tracks or projects you attach to the campaign at send time. Pick a layout (list, grid, vertical), card style and artwork shape once, and every send renders your attachments in that design.
  5. Style the page: background and card colors, fonts, padding. The Footer block signs off with your name and pulls your social links straight from your profile.
  6. Buttons only ever link inside vvault (your profile, the attached tracks, or a specific release), so every click stays trackable.

Using it in a campaign

In the composer, use the template picker to attach your design to the send. Your subject and message stay per-campaign: the template carries the look, the campaign carries the words. Publish a template when it’s ready; drafts stay private to you.

Where did my old templates go?

Nothing was lost. Your old per-campaign templates were imported automatically. Open the Templates page and expand “Old templates”. Each one is there as a draft: open it, give it a face-lift with the new editor, and publish.

Code mode

Prefer to hand-write your emails? Switch a template to code mode and write the markup yourself. vvault still fills in your tracks and tracking automatically.
