Privacy Policy

vvault provides a workspace to upload and manage audio files, create packs and series, share links, send campaigns, track engagement, sell licenses, and manage billing. We collect information that you provide and technical data needed to run and secure the service.

  • Data we collect: account details (name, email, handle, avatar), content you upload (files, metadata, covers), contacts you add, campaign data, settings and preferences, purchases and sales data, support messages, and technical data (IP address, device data, logs, cookies, identifiers).
  • Usage: account creation, file processing and delivery, share links, email sending, analytics dashboards, fraud prevention, safety limits, product improvement, and customer support.
  • Tracking: we record events such as opens, clicks, plays, downloads, and favorites to provide engagement analytics. We also use protections to reduce automated scans and improve the accuracy of metrics.
  • Email delivery: if you connect Gmail, we store tokens needed to send email on your behalf. You control recipients and message content. We may attach files or combine items based on your settings.
  • Payments: purchases, subscriptions, and marketplace payouts are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amounts, and related metadata, but do not store full card details.
  • Sharing and public pages: when you publish or share packs, tracks, folders, or series, they may be accessible via public or tokenized links. Anyone with access can view and stream or download according to your settings and licensing rules.
  • Service providers: we use hosting, storage, analytics, and payment providers to operate vvault. They may access data only to provide their services under contractual protections.
  • Retention: we keep data as long as needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
  • Security: we apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • Your rights: depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data by contacting support.

Terms of Service

By using vvault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  • Account: you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Content: you must have the rights to upload and share any content. You grant vvault a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, distribute, and display your content solely to operate the service.
  • Acceptable use: do not use vvault for unlawful activity, infringement, spam, malware, or abusive behavior.
  • Sharing and access: you control visibility settings. If you create public or tokenized links, you are responsible for who receives access. We may revoke access to protect the service or comply with law.
  • Email campaigns: you are responsible for recipient consent and compliance with applicable email laws. We may limit or disable sending to prevent abuse.
  • Marketplace and licenses: sellers set pricing and license terms. Buyers must comply with license terms. We may generate license PDFs and facilitate downloads based on purchase status. Disputes between buyers and sellers are primarily their responsibility.
  • Payments and billing: subscriptions, purchases, and payouts are handled through Stripe. Prices may change. Refunds, if offered, are handled according to our policies and Stripe rules.
  • Availability: vvault is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, vvault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
  • Termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
  • Changes: we may update these terms with reasonable notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
