This document exists in French and in English. Both versions have the same value; in case of doubt, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails.
1Who sells
vvault (Tom Nsengiyumva, Brugge, Belgium, VAT BE1022549155) sells every item on the marketplace, in its own name and for the account of the producer named on the item, who grants the licence. Your consumer rights (withdrawal, conformity, refunds) are exercised against vvault; see sections 16 and 16A of the Terms of Use. Each producer declares whether they sell as a professional; that declaration does not change your rights, because your contracting party, vvault, is a trader.
2How results are ordered
A search shows the items whose title contains the words typed, within the filters chosen (type, genre, price…). Results are then ordered by the sort you choose: "Latest" (default): most recently published first; "Popular": tracks by number of plays, packs and kits by number of downloads; "Price": lowest or highest first. When two items are equal, the more recent comes first. No payment from a producer changes this order.
3Featured
The "Featured" carousel shows up to eight kits and plugins drawn at random, on each visit, among those of producers who subscribe to vvault's Ultra plan. Appearing there therefore depends on a paid subscription; it is a form of promotion, which is why it is labelled.
4Reviews
Who can review a kit depends on its price. A paid kit (including pay-what-you-want) can be reviewed only by verified buyers: signed-in people with a paid order for it, and a refunded order no longer counts. A free kit can be reviewed by anyone signed in to vvault, without checking that they downloaded it. The producer cannot review their own kit. Each person leaves one review per kit and can edit it. Reviews are shown newest first, unedited. The producer can turn reviews off for a kit, which hides all of them, but cannot choose which ones are shown. Report a review you think is fake to contact@vvault.app.
5Promotions
A struck-through price must be the lowest price of the item on vvault in the 30 days before the reduction. Countdowns and limited quantities must be real. Tell us at contact@vvault.app if you think one is not.
6Report
To report an item you think is illegal, see the Copyright and Illegal Content policy (vvault.app/homepage/copyright).
