Common questions
How much does vvault cost?
vvault has two plans, Pro and Ultra, monthly or yearly. Pro is the plan for most producers: unlimited tracks, full play stats and selling at 0% commission. Ultra adds follow-up emails that send themselves, automatic WaveMatch scans of your library and your own domain. Cancel anytime.
Do artists need an account to listen?
No. Anyone with your link can play your beats without signing up. The only exception is an invite-only link: to accept the invite, the artist needs a vvault account, and listening never costs them anything.
Do I need emails to send my beats?
No. A link pasted in a DM works. The artist plays it without an account, and you still see the play. So you can start with the artists you already talk to. If you do have emails, you can import your list in one go (CSV, Excel, or exports from Gmail, Mailchimp and Google Sheets), and anyone who opens your links can leave you their email.
How do I see who played my beat?
Every beat or pack you share has its own link. The second someone plays it, vvault shows you who it was, and on Pro, how long they listened. Downloads, saves and sales show up the same way.
What fees do I pay when I sell?
None to vvault: 0% commission on Pro and Ultra, the plans that sell. Stripe's usual card fees apply, like any online checkout. No listing fees, nothing hidden.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel whenever you want from your billing settings. No contract, no cancellation fee.
What happens to my music if I cancel?
Nothing gets deleted. Your beats, contacts and stats stay yours: you can still play, share and download everything. Uploading new beats, sending and stats need Pro again.
Is my music safe on vvault?
Yes. Your files are stored encrypted, every share link is unique and you control it, and payments go through Stripe. We never sell or share your data, and everything you upload stays yours.
Can I send beats from my own email?
Yes. On Pro and Ultra you can connect Gmail and send from your own address, so artists see your name and your email arrives like a normal message.
How is vvault different from Google Drive or Dropbox?
Drive and Dropbox hold your files, but they won't tell you if anyone played your beat. vvault shows you who played it. On Pro, you also see how long they listened, and you can sell it right there at 0% commission. Unreleased beats stay private until you decide.
